The production process of CNC Machining
We have established a refined and fully controlled production system to ensure that every product can be produced with high quality. In the product design and programming stage, our engineering team uses professional CAD/CAM software such as SolidWorks and UG, which can not only accurately reproduce customer design intentions, but also predict potential problems in advance through simulation machining and optimize machining solutions. Entering the processing stage, the real-time monitoring system equipped on the CNC machine tool can monitor key parameters such as cutting force and spindle temperature in milliseconds. Once abnormalities are detected, the processing parameters will be automatically adjusted to ensure stable processing. Taking the processing of a complex mold as an example, from blank to finished product, there are 7 processes including rough machining, semi precision machining, and precision machining. After each process is completed, online measurement is carried out, and processing errors are corrected in a timely manner using data feedback. Finally, after polishing, deburring, and other fine polishing, the surface roughness of the mold reaches Ra0.8, meeting the dual requirements of customers for mold accuracy and surface quality.
Surface treatment of CNC machining

Dimensional Inspection in CNC Machining
In the dimension inspection process, we have established a professional quality inspection team, equipped with world-class testing equipment, and implemented strict quality control standards. The coordinate measuring instrument can measure products in three-dimensional space in all directions, with a measurement accuracy of up to 0.001mm. Whether it is complex spatial surfaces or small aperture sizes, it can accurately capture them; The image measuring instrument uses a high-definition imaging system to quickly measure the two-dimensional contour of parts, with measurement efficiency more than 10 times higher than traditional calipers. We implement the ISO 9001 quality management system standard and conduct sampling testing on each batch of products, with a testing ratio of no less than 10%. For key components, we also implement full inspection. In a transmission gear inspection for the rail transit industry, it was found through a coordinate measuring instrument that the tooth profile error exceeded the standard by 0.003mm.
